Nestled on one and a half acres of beautifully manicured lawns, Skyview Cottage offers a breathtaking southwest view overlooking the Trout River. While located conveniently close to all amenities of the North Shore and Cavendish Area, it is secluded enough that you can enjoy your own private oasis.

Deck

From the living room, step out onto the extra large deck, which spans the entire width of the cottage - perfect for a lobster boil, BBQing, entertaining, and lounging in the sunshine. The spacious patio with surrounding railing provides a safe, open area for children.

Activities

There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including a swing, a badminton net and a fire pit. A canoe is available for a relaxing day on the river, complete with fishing rods and safety equipment.
